Nail Mania is how I would describe the world we are in. People have become obsessed with nail polishes and crazy designs. My friend Apryl had been raving to me about Salon Effects and on a recent visit she brought me a pack. The pack comes with several designs with 10 stickers for each nail for $9. I just did one and painted my nails with my favorite $1.99 polish Easy Going by Sinful Colors.
