First the products used to complete the perfect filled-in brow
1. #195 concealer brush
2. #266 angled brush
3. MAC Eyebrow pencil
4. Studio Finish Concealer
5. Cork Eyeshadow

Step one:
Make sure area is cleansed, tweeze or wax small hairs

Step 2
Use concealer underneath and on top of brow to create a stencil effect.

Step 3
Use brow pencil in color that would compliment your hair coloring and complexion or you can use a small angled brush with eyeshadow to make small strokes at the arch of the brow.
Then take brush or pencil and do small strokes to fill in bottom of the brow.

Step 4
Continue with small strokes from bottom to the top of the brow

Step 5
To complete the look square off the brow
