Hey Guys, we are 11 days into the new year. With the New Year I wanted to set New Goals, so I started a weight lost challenge right before Thanksgiving and have continued to press forward despite major setbacks with the Holidays. After binging over the Christmas Holiday I started back on my weight lost Challenge on the 4th, so I am on Day 8 and i feel amazing. I already have lost the weight I gained over the holidays and a little more. I am about 10lbs from my goal, so we shall see.
